We get it — sometimes life (and health or sports!) calls for a temporary removal.
Yes, you can absolutely remove your permanent jewelry when needed. If you have an upcoming MRI, medical procedure, or athletic event, we recommend carefully cutting the chain at the welded jump ring to preserve its shape.
When you're ready to have it re-welded, simply book a quick appointment — we offer rewelds for just $20.

If your permanent jewelry breaks, we’ve got you covered:
Complimentary Repair Within One Year
If your chain breaks within the first year, we’ll repair or re-weld it at no charge.After One Year
Repairs beyond one year are available for a small service fee. If the chain is still intact, we can re-weld it for you. If the chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a new chain will need to be purchased.We want your piece to last as long as your memories — and we’re here to help keep it that way.
